Frequently asked questions

Practical answers for people using Find Jobs to discover and apply for opportunities.

Do I need an account to look for a job?

No. You can browse and search published vacancies without creating a candidate account.

How do I apply for a job?

Open the job details and choose Apply on WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens a job-specific message addressed to the recruiter’s listed number. Review the message and send it yourself. Find Jobs does not receive the message.

Does Find Jobs verify every employer?

No. A listing on the portal does not mean that the employer or vacancy has been independently verified. Review job details carefully and do not pay fees to obtain employment.

Why can’t I open a job I saw earlier?

A listing may have expired, been hidden, been rejected, or been removed by the recruiter or Super Admin. Expired and unpublished jobs are not available to the public.

What happens after a job expires?

It is immediately excluded from public search and its application button is no longer available. A protected scheduled cleanup later deletes the expired record permanently.

Can candidates upload a CV to Find Jobs?

Not in this initial version. Candidates contact the recruiter directly through WhatsApp and can decide what to share in that conversation.

How do I report a suspicious listing or ask for support?

Use the configured support email or WhatsApp contact shown in the site footer if one is available. Include the job title and URL but do not send passwords, OTPs, or unnecessary sensitive information.
