Using the marketplace

Terms of use

These terms describe the intended use of Find Jobs. They should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer and adapted to the operator’s legal entity and actual business processes before launch.

1. The service

Find Jobs is a job-discovery marketplace operated by Make My Works. It displays eligible vacancies submitted by recruiter accounts and provides a direct WhatsApp contact route. Find Jobs does not employ candidates, represent every employer, or receive applications within the portal in this initial version.

2. Recruiter responsibilities

HR account holders may only post for a company or organization they are authorized to represent. They must provide accurate, lawful, current job details; use a WhatsApp contact they are authorized to manage; avoid discriminatory or misleading content; and update or remove vacancies that are no longer available. Recruiters must protect their credentials and must not share accounts or attempt to access another company’s records.

3. Job moderation and expiry

Listings may require approval before publication. The Super Admin may reject, hide, restore, or delete listings that are inaccurate, expired, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable for the service. Listings automatically become unavailable at their configured expiry time and are subsequently deleted under the retention process.

4. Candidate responsibilities and safety

Visitors should read each listing carefully, evaluate the recruiter and company independently, and use their judgment before sharing information or accepting an offer. A listing on Find Jobs is not a guarantee that the employer or vacancy has been independently verified. Do not pay a fee to obtain a job or disclose banking passwords, one-time passwords, or other sensitive financial credentials to a recruiter.

5. External services

Application conversations take place through WhatsApp. The availability, privacy, and security of that external service are governed by its operator. Find Jobs cannot confirm that a message was sent, delivered, read, or received merely because a visitor clicks the application link.

6. Prohibited activity

Users must not submit fraudulent listings, impersonate another person or business, scrape or disrupt the service, bypass authentication controls, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use the marketplace in violation of applicable law.

7. Service availability and responsibility

The service is provided subject to reasonable operational maintenance and change. Listings and contact information are supplied by recruiters and may become inaccurate after publication. To the extent permitted by applicable law, users are responsible for their own decisions and communications with other parties.

8. Contact and changes

For support, use the contact information shown on the live website if available. These terms may change as the service develops. Production terms should identify the correct legal operator, governing law, complaint process, and statutory disclosures after legal review.
