Clear information

Privacy policy

This policy explains how Find Jobs handles information in this initial version of the marketplace. It is a practical product notice, not a substitute for legal review before launch.

1. Who operates Find Jobs?

Find Jobs is operated by Make My Works as an independent multi-company job marketplace. The site allows recruiters with assigned HR accounts to publish vacancies and lets visitors view those vacancies and contact the relevant recruiter through WhatsApp.

2. Information we collect

To operate the marketplace, Find Jobs stores HR account information supplied by the Super Admin, such as name, company, email address, contact number, account status, and a securely hashed password. It stores job listing details and the WhatsApp contact provided for each vacancy. It also stores a limited set of administrative audit events and short-lived security rate-limit records.

This initial version does not require candidate accounts and does not store candidate CVs, candidate phone numbers, application messages, or an application history. The platform does not intentionally collect detailed visitor browsing histories or click histories.

3. WhatsApp applications

When a visitor selects “Apply on WhatsApp,” Find Jobs opens a WhatsApp click-to-chat link with a job-specific message prefilled. The visitor must review and send the message. The message is sent to the recruiter through WhatsApp, not to Find Jobs. WhatsApp and its operator process that communication under their own terms and privacy policy.

4. Why information is used

Account information is used to authenticate recruiters, enforce account status and permissions, manage job listings, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. Job information is displayed publicly when the listing is approved and active. Minimal audit records help the Super Admin investigate administrative changes and support operational security.

5. Retention and deletion

A job becomes unavailable immediately after its configured expiry timestamp, even if its database record has not yet been deleted. A scheduled cleanup task permanently deletes expired job records. Eligible audit and temporary operational records are retained for no longer than seven days by the configured cleanup and database retention rules. Authentication sessions expire and are periodically cleaned up.

Database or infrastructure backups maintained by a hosting provider may have a separate retention period. Before production, the operator should document and configure a backup-retention policy appropriate to applicable legal requirements.

6. Security

The application is designed to use hashed passwords, server-side role and ownership checks, secure HTTP-only session cookies in production, and limited audit details. No internet service can promise absolute security. Access to production database credentials and account bootstrap values should be restricted to authorized operators.

7. Advertising and cookies

Find Jobs includes a Google AdSense loader on public-facing pages. Depending on account configuration, approval status, region, and applicable consent requirements, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, limit, or personalise ads. Those providers process information under their own policies and settings. The private HR and administrator workspaces do not load the AdSense script. The operator should update this notice and implement any legally required consent controls before enabling ad personalisation in markets where consent is required.

8. Your choices and requests

HR account holders can contact the portal operator to request corrections to their account details or ask for account access to be disabled. Job seekers contact the recruiter directly about an opportunity. For privacy questions or support, use the support contact supplied on the live website if available. For information about Google's advertising personalisation controls, review the choices available in your Google account and Google's advertising settings.

9. Updates

This policy may be updated as the product and its legal obligations evolve. The operator should review this policy, applicable Indian privacy requirements, vendor contracts, cross-border data handling, and any consent obligations with qualified legal counsel before production launch.
